Thirty Years of SEND Leadership Excellence

Sarah Porter offers over 30 years of elite system-wide leadership across SEND, safeguarding, behaviour, and inclusion. Her career encompasses pivotal roles as a SENCO, Headteacher, Head of Quality Assurance, and Director of Inclusion. Currently working as a dedicated school improvement partner and specialist consultant, Sarah bridges the gap between complex statutory requirements and successful student outcomes, providing high-level strategic support for schools, trusts, and families.
